  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. Click the time slot where you want to schedule focus time.

  5. Set your preferences: If you still want to get chat notifications, untick the Do not disturb box. If you want to automatically decline meeting invites during focus time, tick the Automatically decline meetings box.

  2. Select Time zone and check the box for Display secondary time zone.

  4. On the left, find Other calendars and click the + icon.
  5. Select From URL.
  6. Paste the webcal:// link you copied.
  7. Click Add calendar.
  8. Give it a few seconds, and the weather calendar will appear under Other calendars with forecast icons for your chosen location.
