Scheduling magic! Overlay your availability to find common free times

Ever been annoyed when you make a booking with someone else? Sure, you know when they’re available, but you don’t necessarily know when you are. You have to keep checking other tabs or tools to find out when you’re free? 

Well, no longer!

Introducing our Calendar Overlay feature which automatically highlights the times you're both free. 

How does it work?

Anyone who views a YouCanBookMe booking page will see the option to overlay their availability.

In just a few clicks, YouCanBookMe will display the times that work for both sides.

Bookers can connect their Google or Microsoft calendars. Or if they already use a scheduling tool themselves, they can connect via their YouCanBookMe or Calendly account.   

Select the calendar (or calendars) that should be included for availability, and we’ll do the rest!

Immediately you’ll see all the availability matches (with the green dots). You’ll also see times when there are clashes so you can decide what you want to prioritize.

After the first activation, Calendar Overlay will be automatic for any YouCanBookMe booking page you visit. 

It even works if you’re rescheduling an appointment.
