Introducing our new Follow-up question type - the latest in our series of new features aimed at streamlining your booking form to reduce friction for bookers, while ensuring you always have the information you need.
The Follow-up question is a conditional multiple choice question. It lets you ask a follow-up question, depending how your booker answered the first question.
Until now, you might have had a question on your form starting with "If you answered yes, then... ". Now you can hide that question away, so only clients who actually answered 'yes' will see it.
You can add a follow-up question for each of the options in the multiple choice question, which means you can get super specific on the details when you need them the most.
