Where to meet? Online or in person - let your clients decide!

Hybrid meetings are here to stay. In-person meetings are awesome, but for some people online is the only way to go. Now you can give the people who book with you a choice that suits you both!

Our new and improved Event Location feature lets you pre-set multiple locations that your bookers can choose from.

• You can offer clients the option to meet online, using Zoom, MS Teams or Google Meet.
• Add an in-person meeting at the address you decide, or ask them to provide the address. 
• Add your phone number, or ask for theirs

The options will be added as a multiple choice question on your booking form.

When a client selects where they want to meet, the location will automatically be added to the calendar event for the meeting, to your notifications (either email or SMS), and will be included in all of your data reporting. 

If it's an online meeting, the link will take you straight to the virtual meeting room. If it's an in-person location, it will link directly to Google maps. 😎
