New Pop-up Modals: More Information With Less Scrolling

A great scheduling experience includes a booking form that asks for just the right amount of information. Too little, and you're not prepared for meetings. Too much, and the friction can be a turn-off for bookers. So what do you do about the extra details your clients need to know?

Things like your terms and conditions, company policies, and instructions: you need your clients to see the details, but you don't want a long, scroll-tastic booking form. 

Our new pop-up modals are the solution! They let you hide away the extra info until it's needed. And then display all the text in a tidy, easy-view screen.

When can you use it?

Terms: Ask clients to agree to your Terms & Conditions, while keeping them on your booking page. No need to link to a separate document. Just add them into the "Text after the Question" box, and select to 'display as a pop-up'. 

Cancellation & refund policies: Ensure customers know these important policies so everyone knows what to expect. They just need to click on the question mark to see all the information. 

Additional information:  Add anything you need your customers to know when before they confirm the booking. It's tucked away until they need to see it.
