3. Remind them of the onboarding 

Starting a job at a new company can be a stressful time. There is so much to learn and so many people to meet. That’s why it’ll be vital for you to remind the new hire of their onboarding. 

Remember to include the date, time, and location of their onboarding, with a link to a meeting platform if it is virtual.
