If the booker is already a contact, it will update their activity stream with the new meeting details. 

You'll also spot useful links that allow you to instantly hop to the booking in YouCanBookMe, or join the video call directly from the Contact page in Salesforce.

If the booking is cancelled or rescheduled, has a note added, or is marked as a no-show, we'll instantly update the contact stream so you have all the information you need right at your fingertips. 

And you'll be able to see exactly when Salesforce updates are happening, because it's in the same place as the rest of your workflows.
