New! Schedule weekly or monthly booking data exports

For anyone who regularly logs in to YCBM to export booking data - this is for you! With our new scheduled exports feature, you really can "set it and forget it".   

Being able to export your booking data can be a lifesaver. Easy access to everyone who has booked with you, plus all the data about that booking: who they met with, what appointment type they selected, the location they chose, whether it was cancelled, rescheduled or a no-show. 

That information can be quickly sliced & diced to help you make important business decisions and better understand your client base. 

So we're making that work even easier with our new scheduled exports feature. No more logging in on a regular basis. Let the data flow directly to you!  

This new feature, available on the Professional and Team plans, lets you set a recurring email (either weekly or monthly) containing your booking data. And - as with everything YCBM - it's completely customizable. You choose:

• to filter based on the date the meeting starts, or the date the meeting was booked
• to export from one booking page or multiple pages
• the date range of the export
• how frequently you get the email
• who the email is sent to

We've also updated our one-time exports so you can download the .csv file directly from the page. But you can still have it emailed to someone else in your organization if you prefer.    

With our recurring exports, you get the information you need, exactly when you need it!
