Referral Program Agreement

1. Overview
This Referral Program Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the referral program operated by YouCanBookme Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering for or participating in the program as a referrer (“Advocate”), you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Parties
This Agreement is between:
- Company (Merchant): YouCanBookme Ltd
- Referral Partner (Advocate): Any individual or business who signs up and participates in the YouCanBook.me Referral Program
Participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement.
3. Referral Rewards and Terms
For the Lead (Referred Customer):
- Receives a 10% one-time discount applicable to a monthly, annual, or 24-month subscription on an Individual, Professional or Team plan.
- The discount code remains valid for 12 months from issuance.
- Only one discount code may be used per new account. Cannot be combined with other offers.
For the Advocate (Referrer):
- Receives a $10 credit for every successful referral who upgrades to a 12-month or 24-month subscription.
- The credit:
- Will be applied at the end of the month following the qualifying upgrade.
- Will remain on the Advocate’s account for 24 months from the issue date.
- Will be applied at the end of the month following the qualifying upgrade.
- Credits:
- May only be used towards YouCanBookme subscription fees for an Individual, Professional or Team plan.
- Cannot be used for SMS/messaging credits, Stripe payment fees or Legacy pricing.
- May only be used towards YouCanBookme subscription fees for an Individual, Professional or Team plan.
- If the Advocate does not yet have a paid subscription, credits will still be stored on their account and can be used for any future eligible subscription.
4. Participation Guidelines
Advocates agree to:
- Promote YouCanBookme in an honest, professional manner.
- Clearly disclose the referral relationship in accordance with FTC, GDPR, and other applicable guidelines.
- Avoid making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about YouCanBookme.
- Not use paid ads targeting YouCanBookme-branded terms or trademarks.
- Follow all applicable marketing and data protection laws.
5. Use of Brand Assets
Advocates may use logos, banners, and marketing assets supplied by YouCanBookme, provided they:
- Do not alter brand materials.
- Do not misrepresent themselves as employees or official representatives.
- Do not imply partnerships or endorsements beyond participation in the referral program.
6. Tracking and Attribution
- Referrals are tracked using unique referral links provided by YouCanBookme.
- Referral credit is only issued for valid signups tracked through the system.
- YouCanBookme is not responsible for tracking issues caused by ad blockers, browser settings, or improper link usage.
7. Data Compliance
Participants must:
- Adhere to applicable privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Refrain from sending unsolicited messages or violating spam laws.
- Handle all personal data securely and legally.
Violation may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of credits.
8. Termination
- Participation in the program is voluntary and can be ended by either party at any time.
- YouCanBookme may remove an Advocate from the program immediately for non-compliance, fraud, or brand misuse.
- Any valid credits earned prior to termination will remain available for their defined duration.
9. Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program or this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, excluding conflict of law principles.
By participating in the YouCanBookme Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
No physical or electronic signature is required.
