Kate is the Director of Product at YouCanBookMe and was the company’s very first employee. For over a decade, she has shaped the tool from the ground up, working across product, marketing, and customer experience to define how booking software actually works for real businesses.

Kate has a deep understanding of the people and challenges at the heart of scheduling. She regularly speaks with customers to understand how they run their businesses and what’s slowing them down, then turns those insights into product decisions and features, often spotting and solving problems before they show up on anyone else’s roadmap.
